  • What is the quickest way to get in contact with you?
    The absolute quickest and most prompt response would be by messaging us through Instagram , click here
  • Can I still pay via Venmo?
    Absolutely! Upon checkout, click "manual payment". You can then head into your Venmo app and search us under @StellaAndSage , click the "Venmo" tab in the tool bar, or click here. Please note, payment must be made promptly within 10 minutes to secure your item. Otherwise, it will be released and back up for purchase.
  • Can I still keep an open box?
    Absolutely! Just click "open box" in the drop down menu upon checkout. You may leave a box open for up to two weeks. Your final shipping total will be calculated after two weeks and payment will then be required.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We know and understand that this may upset some customers, but unfortunately due to the nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. -Please make sure that you are 100% certain of the items you are purchasing. -Vintage goods will have some natural wear, which is consistent with the aging process and what we love so much about these older pieces! Please make sure to look at all photos and read all descriptions. Any significant wear will be mentioned in the description, along with measurements as well! -However, if there is an issue, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!   • Do you ship orders?
    We currently ship within the United States only. Packages go out up to 2x a week and all orders will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped. If an item arrives broken, please notify us immediately & provide pictures of the box + item. Once examined, you will be issued a store credit only. (We are sorry, but as a very small business we cannot offer refunds. If you are not okay with this policy, please do not make a purchase with us.) ​ All lost or stolen packages must be filed with the respective shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages once it leaves our hands. ​ Open box: You have a max of two weeks to fill your box before shipping. ​ If local pickup/meetup, you also have a max of two weeks, otherwise we will kindly have to ship your order. ​ There are no refunds for forgotten orders. We will reach out multiple times to remind you. But if there is no response or resolution, your items will be forfeited and restocked with no refund. (We unfortunately cannot act as a storage unit!)
  • Can I pick up an order?
    Absolutely! I offer free porch pickup. Just choose that upon checkout and I will send you a private message with the pickup address.
  • Why did I receive re-appropriated packaging material?
    There are a few reasons for this .. #1 WE LOVE RECYCLING! We want to do our part in reducing waste, so reusing and recycling certain packaging materials helps us do just that. #2 Cost! The less we have to spend on packing materials, the better for our customers! This allows us to keep our prices lower and not have to charge a handling fee to compensate. #3 Size! Some items we ship out are oddly shaped, specfically our vintage items, and so therefore we keep certain boxes that we feel would fit our oddly shaped items.
