SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Packages go out 3x a week and all orders will be shipped as priority mail, which includes tracking and insurance. (Though first class is cheaper, it does not include insurance should your item be damaged.)

 

We do NOT ship on the weekends.

 

Once a package is in the hands of the postal service, they are responsible for broken or lost packages. You will be able to file a claim with them for a refund on their website should something happen to your package. If you need any help at all, we can walk you through the steps.

 

We CAN ship airplants, but CANNOT ship any other live plants at this time.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We know and understand that this may upset some customers, but unfortunately due to the nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

-Please make sure that you are 100% certain of the items you are purchasing.

 

-Vintage goods will have some wear, which is consistent with the aging process.

Please be sure to inspect all items before purchase, so that way there are no surprises when you get home.
