SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Packages go out up to 2x a week and all orders will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped.

 

If an item arrives broken, please notify us immediately & provide pictures of the box + item. Once examined, you will be issued a store credit only. (We are sorry, but as a very small business we cannot offer refunds. If you are not okay with this policy, please do not make a purchase with us.)

All lost or stolen packages must be filed with the respective shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages once it leaves our hands.

Open box:  You have a max of two weeks to fill your box before shipping.

If local pickup/meetup, you also have a max of two weeks, otherwise we will kindly have to ship your order.

There are no refunds for forgotten orders. We will reach out multiple times to remind you. But if there is no response or resolution, your items will be forfeited and restocked with no refund.

(We unfortunately cannot act as a storage unit!)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We know and understand that this may upset some customers, but unfortunately due to the nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

-Please make sure that you are 100% certain of the items you are purchasing.

 

-Vintage goods will have some natural wear, which is consistent with the aging process and what is what we love so much about these older pieces! Please make sure to look at all photos and read all descriptions. Any significant wear will be mention in the description, along with measurements as well!

 

-However, if there is an issue, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!  StellaAndSage@outlook.com    We strive for customer satisfaction so please don't hesitate to reach out!
